How Can I Help You?

"How can I help you?" This is how I typically greet visitors to the store. By saying this, I am opening the door for my customer to tell me exactly what they need.  Sometime their answer is "Oh, I'm just looking"  and other times, they have a clear purpose. And because of the way I greet them, they feel perfectly welcome to tell me their needs.

 When working front of house - the retail floor - helping people shop and answering questions is a big part of my work at Sole Survivor. Customers often express surprise to find out I am the owner. And why not? It's important for me to know our customers and how we can best serve them. It is by listening to those who visit our shop that I come to understand customer expectations and offer the goods and services you seek!
