Inverurie horses belt buckle – pewter buckle with embossed design for a 40mm belt.
This buckle has a hinged bar for the belt to clip onto and the other end has a strong prong to push through the hole in the belt.
The Celts regarded the horse as a symbol of sovereignty. The horses are based on a Pictish horse engraving found on a stone in Iverurie, Scotland.
